Cherry Gutierrez, managing owner of Pro Se Scrivener and Notary LLC, holds certifications from the State of Arizona Supreme Court for legal document preparation and the Arizona Secretary of State for Notary Public. A graduate of Washington University School of Law with a Master of Legal Studies and concentration in Regulatory Compliance. Cherry also obtained an undergraduate certificate in Paralegal Studies from American Military University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Guam.

A honorably discharged combat military veteran, she proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Logistician Officer, and in the U.S. Air Force as an Information Management Specialist. Throughout her military career, she served overseas tours in Germany, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, and Hawaii. With over 20 years of federal government experience in claims adjudication, court administration, project management, military leadership, and labor law investigation.
